IMPO Glaztile, Inc. – Owner’s Representative for the contract, design, and construction of a $3.2 million design/build build-to-suit 100,000 SF corporate office, showroom, and distribution facility.

Realtor Association of West/South Suburban Chicagoland – Project Manager for the award and construction of $1.4 million base building improvements and tenant buildout of a 24,000sf office building under subcontract to the Construction Manager.

 

Apex Engineering Products Corporation – Owner’s Representative for the award, design, and construction of a $1.9 million design/build build-to-suit 31,000 SF corporate office and manufacturing facility.

Bernina of America – Client’s Representative for the award, design, and construction of a 52,000 SF build-to-suit for lease corporate headquarters and technical service facility.  Also served as Client’s Representative on a subsequent 29,000sf warehouse addition.

 

Bush Hog, LLC – Owner’s Representative for CC Industries, Inc. for the award and design of an $8 million design/build build-to-suit 390,000 SF manufacturing facility.

 

Import Logistics, Inc. – Owner’s Representative for the award, design, and construction of a $4.5 million design/build build-to-suit 74,000 SF corporate office and distribution building.  Also served as Owner’s Representative on a subsequent internal office area expansion.
